Who is the BRIDE OF MESSIAH & What does she look like?

This entire article is from my friend Kenny!  I do not take any credit for it!

To study this out as always we must first prepare our hearts to receive the in-grafted word of Elohiym.  Pray that you receive the fullness of the revelation of YAHUSHUA THE MESSIAH the BRIDEGROOM and His wonderful Bride.  No matter how that may affect our lives we must ask Elohiym to reveal his truth to us.

To understand the fullness of the BRIDE OF MESSIAH we must look into the Old and New Testament patterns, the ancient Jewish tradition of the wedding and the whole counsel of the Word of Elohiym.

Let’s begin with SALVATION, What is salvation & What does it take for mankind to be saved?

1What is Salvation (Elohiym’s free & perfect gift)?
Nelsons Illustrated Bible Dictionary defines salvation as “deliverance from the power of sin;  redemption”.

Sin is “lawlessness (1 John 3:4) or transgression of Elohiym’s Will, either by omitting to do what Elohiym’s law requires or by doing what Elohiym’s law forbids.  The transgression can occur in 1thought (1 John 3:15, Matt 5:27-28), 2word (Matthew 5:22), or 3deed (Romans 1:32).

For a more in depth study, read what David came to realize about sin in himself:
∞    Psalm 51:1-19 (KJV) “1 Have mercy upon me, O Elohiym, according to thy loving kindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.  3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.  4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.  5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.  6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.  8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.  9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.  10 Create in me a clean heart, O Elohiym; and renew a right spirit within me.  11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.  12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

Mankind was created without sin, morally upright and inclined to do Life (Ecclesiastes 7:29).  But sin entered into human experience when Adam and Eve violated the direct command of Elohiym by eating the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:6).  Because Adam was the head and representative of the whole human race, his sin affected all future generations (Romans 5:12-21)”.

No person is free from involvement in sin for the scriptures say:

∞    Romans 3:23-25, 28 (KJV)  23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of Elohiym; 24Being justified freely (without any cost) by his favor through the redemption that is in Messiah Yahushua:  25Whom Elohiym hath set forth to be a propitiation (mercy seat) through faith in his blood, to declare (demonstrate) his righteousness for the remission (passing over of) of sins that are past, through the forebearance of Elohiym.  28Therefore we conclude that man is justified (declared righteous) by faith without  (apart from) the deeds of the law.

∞    Ecclesiastes 7:20 (KJV) 20 For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

∞    1 John 1:8 (KJV)
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Since the fall all who were born thereafter are born into sin, we did not have a choice.  We do however have a choice to do something about it.  We can seek redemption from the creator of the universe, (Genesis 1:1, John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:14-17, Ephesians 3:9, Hebrews 1:2) Yahushua Messiah.  Elohiym the Father in heaven truly loves us all, so much so that he gave his only begotten Son for us:

∞    John 3:16-18 (KJV)  16 For Elohiym so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  17 For Elohiym sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world;  but that the world through Him might be saved (redeemed, delivered).  18 He that believeth on Him is not condemned:  but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of Elohiym.

Redemption is “deliverance by payment of a price”.  Yahushua Messiah paid the price for everyone’s sin when he chose to die on the cross for our redemption.  Moreover, He purchased (Acts 20:28, Ephesians 1:12-14, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20) us for a price (his blood on the cross, 1 Peter 1:18-19), we are no longer our own, but His servant’s by Our choice and His favor.

Accept this free & perfect gift now if you haven’t already, you may never get another chance.  The Holy Bible says that “No man can come to me (Yahushua), except the Father which hath sent me (Yahushua) draw him:  and I (Yahushua) will raise him up at the last day”  (John 6:44).  If you feel Elohiym the Father drawing you to Yahushua, please don’t waste another minute.  Bow your head in prayer and ask Yahushua Messiah into your life.  Ask Him to forgive your sins and become your Lord and Savior.  You will never be the same again!

∞    Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)  8 For by favor are ye saved through faith;  and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of Elohiym:  9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

2How do we receive salvation?
JUST ASK for it! (Matthew 7:7-8).  As mentioned above, just pray to Him and ask.  Just ask Elohiym to save you, and He will.  He promised He would.  It’s that simple.  A free & perfect gift of favor.

∞    1 John 1:9-10 (KJV)  9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

∞    Acts 16:29-31 (KJV)  29Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Yahushua Messiah, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

*    It is Elohiym’s Will that all would be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-6) and come to the knowledge of the truth.  Reality however, is that too many of us are forever learning, but never coming to the knowledge of truth (2 Timothy 3:7).  The spiritual truth here is in the doctrine.  “If any man will to do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of Elohiym, or whether I speak of myself” (John 7:17).  If you are already saved and you find yourself “forever learning, but never coming to the knowledge of truth”;  be honest with yourself (and your Lord), and ask are you truly willing to do all of Elohiym’s will in your life?

If you are not saved, pray to Elohiym.  Acknowledge that you are a sinner.  Ask him to save you from your iniquities and forgive your sins.  You then will be saved, it’s as simple as that.

Once we receive salvation, there are many things that happen to us, let’s look at just a few:

3What happens to us when we’re born again (saved)?
*    We become a new creature:
∞    2 Corinthians 5:17-21 (KJV)  17 Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of Elohiym, who hath reconciled us to himself by Yahushua Messiah, and hath given us to the ministry of reconciliation;

In fact, Paul further explains in Philippians 3:13 to ‘forget those things which are behind, and reach forth unto those things which are before, press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of Elohiym in Messiah Yahushua.’  What is the prize?  What does Paul mean by High Calling?  Keep these questions in mind for later study.

*    We cannot commit sin:
∞    1 John 3:9 (KJV)  9 Whosoever is born of Elohiym doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him:  and he cannot sin, because he is born of Elohiym.

When we accept Yahushua Messiah as our Lord and Savior we are born again, this time we are born of Elohiym.  If we are born of Elohiym, we cannot commit sin.  This is a difficult concept in Scripture to understand, because we all know that just because we are saved it doesn’t stop us from sinning.  However, the blood of Yahushua Messiah covers our sin (Hebrews 9:12, 14, 22) and thus in the sight of Elohiym we are sinless.  Thank you Yahushua Messiah.

Here are some additional supporting references for further study:
∞    James 5:19-20 “he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.”
∞    1 Peter 4:8 “charity shall cover a multitude of sins.”
∞    1 Corinthians 13:4 “Charity suffereth long, and is kind;”
∞    1 John 3:2 “now are we the sons of Elohiym,”

*    We are kept to salvation:
∞    1 Peter 1:3-9 (KJV)  5 Who are kept by the power of Elohiym through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:  7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Yahushua Messiah:

The word kept (“phroureo” in the Greek, Strong’s #5432) means to mount guard as a sentinel, to hem in and protect.  Upon salvation, we are literally in Elohiym’s guarded protection.  If Elohiym is for us who can be against us? (Romans 8:31);  and if we are kept (guarded) unto salvation by Elohiym, how can we lose our salvation?  We Can’t.  Praise the Lord.

*    Yahushua lives to intercede for us:
∞    Hebrews 7:24-25 (KJV)  24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.   25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto Elohiym by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Yahushua Messiah himself sits at the right hand of Elohiym and makes intercession for us.  Why?  Because we are being accused daily about our sinful deeds in the flesh by satan (the devil) himself (Revelation 12:10).

Moreover, Yahushua Messiah lives for this purpose (to intercede).  How does this make you feel?  The creator of the universe lives to intercede for you and me.  When we ponder about man, our sinful nature, selfish desires, etc., it’s hard to imagine how Love (Elohiym) himself (1 John 4:8) could care that much for you and I.  Praise his name.  After all; Who art man that thou art mindful of him? (Psalms 8:4, Hebrews 2:6).

*    Nothing can separate us from the Love of Elohiym:
∞    Romans 8:38-39 (KJV)  38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,  39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of Elohiym, which is in Messiah Yahushua our Lord.

How can we add anything to this Scripture?  Amen.

*    We become heirs with Yahushua Messiah, and possibly joint-heirs with Him:
∞    Galations 3:25-26 (KJV)  25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.  26 For ye are all the children of Elohiym by faith in Messiah Yahushua.

∞     Romans 8:16-17 (KJV)  16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of Elohiym:   17 And if children, then heirs;  heirs of Elohiym, and joint-heirs with Messiah;  if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

This is incredible, we actually have the opportunity to be joint-heirs with Yahushua Messiah if we suffer with him (heed the condition of suffering).  We can jointly inherit everything he will inherit from Elohiym.  That’s amazing, thank you again Yahushua Messiah.

*    The Spirit of Elohiym (Elohiym who is a Spirit) dwells in us:
∞    Romans 8:9-11 (KJV)  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of Elohiym dwell in you.  Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of his. 10 And if Messiah be in you, the body is dead because of sin;  but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Messiah from the dead shall also quicken (give life to) your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

∞    1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV)  16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of Elohiym, and that the Spirit of Elohiym dwelleth in you?

Since Elohiym is a Spirit (John 4:24) the Scriptures here are talking about Elohiym the Father Almighty, not the Holy Spirit dwelling in us at salvation.  These Scriptures have caused great confusion and division within the body of believer’s.

Here are some additional supporting references for further study:
∞    2 Corinthians 6:16 “ye are the temple of the living Elohiym;  as Elohiym hath said, I will dwell in them,”
∞    Philippians 2:13 “For it is Elohiym which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
∞    1 John 4:11-16 “If we love one another, Elohiym dwelleth in us,”

*    Yahushua Messiah lives in us:
∞    Romans 8:9-10 (KJV)  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of Elohiym dwell in you.  Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah he is none of his. 10 And if Messiah be in you, the body is dead because of sin;  but the Spirit is life because of righteousness

When we are saved Yahushua Messiah also comes to dwell in our hearts and minds with Elohiym the Father.

Here are some additional supporting references for further study:
∞    1 Peter 1:11 “the Spirit of Messiah which was in them” – reference to the old testament prophets
∞    Galatians 4:6 “Elohiym hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, ABBA, Father.”
∞    1 Corinthians 2:16 “But we have the mind of Messiah.”
∞    Galatians 2:20-21 “I live, but not I, but Messiah liveth in me:”
∞    John 6:56 “He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.”

*    The Holy Spirit is available to us, and moves upon us, and seals us for redemption:
This is not to be confused with the Infilling of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18-21).

∞    Acts 1:8 (KJV)  8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

The Holy Ghost was to come upon them which is the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:3).  This account recorded in Acts Chapter 2 is very interesting, because not only were the apostles spiritually baptized, but the Holy Spirit infilled them causing them to speak in other tongues and prophesy (signs of the infilling Holy Spirit).  Two, very different, and distinct events that happened here simultaneously.  In other accounts, the infilling of the Holy Spirit happened after salvation (Acts 8:14-17, 10:44-48, 19:1-6).

∞    Ephesians 4:30 (KJV)  30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of Elohiym, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

The Holy Spirit seals us for the day of our redemption.  The word seal is used as a figurative sense of an outward condition  (John 6:27, 1 Corinthians 9:2, 2 Tim 2:19), not an inward condition.  Notice that this Scripture differentiates itself between the Holy Spirit of Elohiym and the Spirit of Elohiym in 1 Corinthians 3:16.  We also see this doctrine in Romans 8:9-10.

*    Sin still dwells in our flesh:
∞    Romans 7:17-21 (KJV)  17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.  18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing:  for to will is present with me;  but how to perform that which is good I find not.  19 or the good that I would I do not:  but the evil which I would not, I do.  20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.  21 I find then a law, that when I would do good, evil is present with me.

Even though we are a new creature, we still cannot do anything without evil being present (sin dwelling in us).  This doctrine of the old man (Ephesians 4:17-32) / new man is one of the most difficult doctrines in scripture to understand.  Pray for Elohiym’s revelation in this area of doctrine and remember it is our choice to serve Elohiym or serve the desires of our flesh.  There is no temptation we will suffer which is not common to man, but Elohiym is faithful, and he will not allow us to be tempted beyond that which we can bear.  And he will always make a way for us to escape our temptation to sin (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Here are just a few more revelations of what happens when we are saved:
∞    Colossians 1:13 “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness” – we are delivered
∞    Romans 8:37 “we are more than conquerors” – we are more than conquerors
∞    Romans 10:4 “Messiah is the end of the law for righteousness” – we are free from the Jewish law
∞    Hebrews 4:16 “come boldly unto the throne of favor” – we can go directly to Elohiym, no confessionals necessary
∞    Romans 5:1 “we have peace with Elohiym through our Lord Yahushua Messiah” – we are no longer enemies of Elohiym.
∞    Mark 16:17 “In my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues” – we have authority over demons, and can speak in unlearned tongues.
∞    1 John 1:5 “Elohiym is light, and in him is no darkness” – we cannot be possessed by demons because Elohiym is in us.
∞    Colossians 1:14 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.” – we are redeemed from sin and death, and forgiven our sins.
∞    Colossians 1:21 “yet now hath he reconciled.” – we had our separation from Elohiym removed or reconciled.

As you can see, there is much that happens to us and in us and through us upon salvation.  We are all (those who are saved) members in the “Body of Messiah”.

∞    Romans 12:4-5  1 ¶ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Elohiym, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Elohiym, which is your reasonable service.  2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of Elohiym.  3 For I say, through the favor given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as Elohiym hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.  4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:  5 So we, being many, are one body in Messiah, and every one members one of another.

All Messiahians (those who Believe & Confess Yahushua Messiah as their personal savior) comprise the “Body of Messiah”.

4Who then is the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

∞    Ephesians 5:21-33  21 ¶ Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of Elohiym.  22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.  23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Messiah is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.  24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Messiah, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.  25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Messiah also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.  28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.  29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:  30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.  31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.  32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Messiah and the church.  33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

This indeed is a “great mystery”, the BRIDE OF MESSIAH.  Upon first glance at Paul’s letter to the Ephesians we might be led to understand that Yahushua Messiah is the Husband, and the Church is His Bride made up of the entire body of believer’s.  In fact, the majority of Christian scholars believe this to be true.  This author however, thinks we should examine the entire counsel of Elohiym before we jump to any conclusions about who the BRIDE OF MESSIAH is.

*    Is the “Church” mentioned in Ephesians 5:32 made up of the entire body of saved believer’s (100%)?
Paul calls these 11 verses in 21-31 a “great mystery”.  There are only 2 mysteries in the new testament that Paul calls “great”.  The Bride of Messiah here, and the “mystery of Godliness” found in  1 Timothy 3:16.  I wonder if there is a link between the two mysteries?  By definition, the Greek word translated “mystery” means a “secret thing, something hidden” Strong’s #3466 see below:

Mystery = “musterion” {moos-tay’-ree-on} from a derivative of muo (to shut the mouth);
AV – translated; mystery 27 of 27 times
1)    hidden thing, secret, mystery
1a)    generally mysteries, religious secrets, confided only to the initiated and not to ordinary mortals
1b)        a hidden or secret thing, not obvious to the understanding
1c)        a hidden purpose or counsel
1c1)    secret will
1c1a)    of men
1c1b)    of Elohiym: the secret counsels which govern Elohiym in dealing with the righteous, which are hidden from ungodly and wicked men but plain to the set apart ones
2)    in rabbinic writings, it denotes the mystic or hidden sense
2a)     of an OT saying
2b)     of an image or form seen in a vision
2c)        of a dream

In context, this scripture is speaking to both wives & husbands; as well as Messiah & His Bride.  Is it possible that there are hidden truths in Ephesians 5?  Something that only the believer with a heart to know the truth, and a desire to know all of Elohiym’s counsel, will have revealed.  Someone willing to search the scriptures in light of all of the Word of Elohiym.  You be your own judge.

Let’s look at Ephesians 5:21-33 from the Bride’s (the church’s – set apart ones) point of view:
Verse 21,22    -Does the entire body (100%) of believer’s “submit” to Yahushua Messiah? And to each other?
-Does the entire body (100%) of believer’s Fear Elohiym?
Verse 24    -Is the entire body (100%) of believer’s “subject” unto Yahushua Messiah?
Verse 33    -Does the entire body (100%) of believer’s revere Yahushua Messiah?

Strong’s #5293 Submit, or Subject = “hupotasso” {hoop-ot-as’-so} from 5259 and 5021;
AV – put under 6, be subject unto 6, be subject to 5, submit (one’s) self unto 5, submit (one’s) self to 3, be in subjection unto 2, put in subjection under 1, misc 12; 40
1)    to arrange under, to subordinate
2)    to subject, put in subjection
3)    to subject one’s self, obey
4)    to submit to one’s control
5)    to yield to one’s admonition or advice
6)    to obey, be subject
++++
A Greek military term meaning “to arrange [troop divisions] in a military fashion under the command of a leader”. In non-military use, it was “a voluntary attitude of giving in, cooperating, assuming responsibility, and carrying a burden”.

Can any reasonable person honestly answer yes to the 4 questions above?  If so, they are viewing a different church in America than I am exposed to and experienced serving in over the last 37 years.  Modern statistics alone demonstrate that 20% of the body of believer’s perform 80+% of the ministries of all churches.  I suppose from above, that only 20% carry the burden, cooperate and assume responsibility of the great commission worldwide.  Maybe only 20% will make the Bride of Messiah company?  Let’s face the facts, very few believer’s fear Elohiym or the church would look a whole lot more like the 1st century church than the present 20th century church.

*    Did the 1st Bride (Eve) mentioned in Genesis 2 come from Adam’s entire body, or from only a part of his body?
∞    Genesis 2:21-22  21 ¶ And the LORD Elohiym caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;  22 And the rib, which the LORD Elohiym had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Yahushua Messiah is called the “last Adam” in 1 Corinthians 15:45, could it be that only a rib from His body (the church) will be removed to make His wife (Bride)?  Notice that Elohiym the Father did not make the Bride from the entire body of the 1st Adam.  Maybe this is a pattern for us to see that the entire body of the last Adam will not be used to make up His Bride.

Messiah has not yet received His Bride, and therefore at His resurrection the cut on His side was still open (John 20:27).  Adam’s flesh cut was closed up just prior to receiving his Bride (Eve) in Genesis 2.  Perhaps our Lord’s side will be closed up when he receives His Bride.

*    What are some other Old Testament Bride types?:
Ruth 1-4:    Ruth herself is a Bride type, she says “where thou goest, I will go, where thou lodgest I will lodge”.  Boaz was her kinsmen redeemer or Messiah type.
Does the entire body (100%) of believer’s behave with the same submissive heart that Ruth had?
Song of Salomon 1-6:    The Shulamite woman is a Bride type, her desire is intimacy with her lover (Messiah).  Notice how those who were left (Virgins-daughters of Jerusalem) didn’t want to know her love until after both were gone.
Are all the believer’s (100%) lovesick like the Shulamite woman?
Esther 1-10:    Esther is a Bride type, many maidens were brought to the kingdom, but only Esther found the Kings favor for marriage.  Her teacher was Mordecai, a Paul type from the tribe of Benjamin.  She brought Hegai, a Holy Spirit type, keeper of the maidens  All maidens were tested as lovers only Esther was crowned queen.
Will all believer’s (100%) pass the test of LOVE?  Not for salvation, but for marriage.
Proverbs 31:10-31:    The virtuous woman is a Bride type, like rubies she is rare and of great value.  Her husband (Yahushua Messiah) trusts her and has no need of anything else.  Her rarity comes from the things she does, the works of her hands.
Does the entire body (100%) of believer’s do this kind of work for the King, or are those who do a rarity?

As you can see, for us to say that the entire body (100%) of believer’s is the Bride of MESSIAH is a difficult conclusion to draw in light of the above scriptures.

5Who then is included in the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?
*    The “church” of Philadelphia
∞    Revelation 3:7-13   7 ¶ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.  9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.  10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.  11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.  12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my Elohiym, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my Elohiym, and the name of the city of my Elohiym, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my Elohiym: and I will write upon him my new name.  13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Remember she was only 1 of 7 churches (~14.7%) mentioned by Yahushua Messiah in the Book of Revelation.  All seven were Messiahian churches, only Philidelphia was promised to be kept out of the “hour of temptation” the tribulation period.  Can this mean that only 14.7% of the body of believer’s will make the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

*    The “out” Resurrection in the book of Philippians
∞    Philippians 3:7-14  7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Messiah.  8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Messiah Yahushua my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Messiah, 9 ¶ And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Messiah, the righteousness which is of Elohiym by faith:  10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection386, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;  11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection1815 & 1587 of the dead.  12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Messiah Yahushua.  13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of Elohiym in Messiah Yahushua.  15 ¶ Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, Elohiym shall reveal even this unto you.  16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

Notice that the two words translated “resurrection” are different, one is “anastasis” the other, ex or “ekanastasis” in Greek.  Paul was confessing that he had not yet obtained unto the “exanastasis”, or “out from among” resurrection.  Can this mean that some of the body of believer’s will obtain unto a different resurrection than other believer’s?  Could the “out” or “out from among” resurrection possibly be a trip to the wedding between Yahushua Messiah and His BRIDE, as a BRIDE or as a bridesmaid or even as a guest?  Out from among the remaining body of believer’s?  Also, the highest calling of Elohiym would be to marry His Son Yahushua Messiah.  If Yahushua Messiah is the Prize, is the entire (100%) of the body of believer’s pressing for the mark of the prize, do they all want His Name?

*    The “Sun” glory
∞    1 Corinthians 15:41-42   39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.  40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.  41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.  42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:  43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:  44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.  45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

The resurrection of the dead has people with different glories, from Sun to moon to dim star glories.  Can this mean that only those who receive the same glory as Yahushua Messiah will make the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

*    The “Joint-Heirs” with Messiah
∞    Romans 8_13-17   13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.  14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of Elohiym, they are the sons of Elohiym.  15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of Elohiym:
17 ¶ And if children, then heirs; heirs of Elohiym, and joint-heirs with Messiah; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

There are two types of heirs, “heirs” and “joint-heirs with Messiah”.  The difference between the two is the “if” condition of suffering.  Does the entire (100%) of the body of believer’s suffer with Yahushua Messiah?  Can this mean that only those joint-heirs of Elohiym who suffer with Messiah will make the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

*    Those who “escape” and “stand” before Yahushua in the wedding
∞    Luke 21:34-367   32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.  33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.  34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.  35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.  36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man..

If Yahushua Himself told us to pray always that we may be accounted worthy to escape the tribulation events and stand before the Son of man like a Bride at a wedding.  Does the entire (100%) of the body of believer’s pray this always?  Can this mean that only those who care enough to pray for escape and the right to stand before Yahushua Messiah as His BRIDE will make the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

*    Those who are “Faithful”
∞    Colossians 1:2   1 ¶ Paul, an apostle of Yahushua Messiah by the will of Elohiym, and Timotheus our brother, 2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Messiah which are at Colosse: Favor be unto you, and peace, from Elohiym our Father and the Lord Yahushua Messiah.
∞    Ephesians 1:1   1 ¶ Paul, an apostle of Yahushua Messiah by the will of Elohiym, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Messiah Yahushua:

There are two types of brethren Paul addresses in his letters, saints (all who are saved) and the faithful (those committed to Yahushua Messiah).  Is the entire (100%) of the body of believer’s faithful to Yahushua Messiah?  Can this mean that only those who care enough to remain faithful will make the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

6Who then is NOT included in the BRIDE OF MESSIAH?

The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT The Wedding Party

The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT The Best Man = John the Baptist
John 3:29  29He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.
The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT The Apostles, they have their own place in the kingdom.

The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT The Bridesmaids, bridesmaids are not the bride now are they!
Matthew 25:1-13  1 ¶ Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.  2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.  3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:  4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.  5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.  6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.  7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.  8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.  9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.  10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.  11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.  12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.  13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT The Wedding Guests, the wedding guests are both good and bad, but all are saved!  This fits the vessels of honor and vessels of dishonor in a great house scripture in 1 Corinthians 3.
Matthew 22:10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT Servants waiting for the Lord to return from the Wedding
Luke 12:31-38  31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of Elohiym; and all these things shall be added unto you.  32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.  33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.  34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.  35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; 36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.  37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.  38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT Heirs of Elohiym, she is a joint-heir with Messiah.  Doesn’t a joint-heir indicate a joining by marriage?

The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT Moon & Star Glories, she is Sun glory, the same type of glory her husband will receive.

The BRIDE OF MESSIAH is NOT Those who are like the chruches at Ephesus, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, and Laodicea, none of these churches filled with believers went without condemnation from the Lord and none of them received only commendation.  Sound like the way a bridegroom thinks about His Bride?

7The ancient Jewish tradition of the WEDDING, what is it, is there a pattern for our edification?

2 Corinthians 11:2

Romans 7:4
