Daniel Chapter 12: The 2550 days prophecy!

The 2550 days prophecy can be found in the 12th chapter of the Book of Daniel.   The three time periods from the 12th chapter of the Book of Daniel lists 1260, 1290 and 1335 days.  When you add the 1260 plus the 1290 days, it comes to 2,550 days.  The 2,550 days is the exact period of time from Yom Teruah (Tishri 1) to Yom Kippur (Tishri 10) over a 7 year period of time.  See the graph below.

1 - Gavin Finley 1

The graph above is from Gavin Finley’s website where I first learned about this revelation.  You will notice that Tishri 1 (Yom Teruah or Rosh Hashanah) is the start of the 2550 days while Tishri 10 (Yom Kippur or Day of Atonement) is the ending of the 2550 days.  This can be easily verified by doing a search on Torah Calendar.   You will notice that other ways of saying 2,550 days would be…

  • 7 Years
  • 86 moons + 10 days
  • 2,520 days + 30 days
  • 1,260 + 1,260 + 30 days
  • (7 x 360) + 30 days

Yom Teruah 2014: The Start of the 2,550 Days in Daniel Chapter 12

The graph below shows my graph of the same information but with the start being either 2014 or 2017.  In addition when you begin on the same Yom Teruah and add 1335 days, it comes to Shavuot otherwise known as Pentecost.  See below!

The Book of Daniel chapter 12 points to the start of the 2,550 days happening either on Yom Teruah 2014 or 2017.

You will notice that the graph shows the start of the 2550 days prophecy either beginning on Yom Teruah 2014 or Yom Teruah 2017.  There is a very good reason for this and has to do with the Metonic Lunar Moon Cycle that the Jewish Calendar is based on.  To learn more about this cycle, click on the Metonic Lunar Moon Cycle.

The reason for the start of the 2,550 days falling on 2014 or 2017 is literally the difference between 86 moons and 87 moons over the course of 2,550 days that is based upon the Metonic lunar cycle and TorahCalendar.com.  The 1,335 days act as an additional confirmation and simply point to Yom Teruah 2014 when the Two Divine Confirmations are taken into account.

The Significance of September 24, 2014

The start of this 2550 days prophecy began when “he” “confirmed the covenant with the many” on the eve of Yom Teruah 2014 or the Gregorian date of 9/24/2014.  This day was very significant for a few very good reasons with the most significant reason being one of the  Confirmations dates that point to a future fulfillment date of the eve of Yom Kippur 2021.  See the graph below titled, The Divine Confirmations.

This is a double Divine Confirmation of two highly significant start dates. June 7th, 1967 was the exact day when Israel reclaimed Jerusalem and September 24th, 2014 was the day when "he" made a covenant with the many per Daniel 9:27. These two dates point to two other highly significant dates of Yom Kippur 2021 & Tabernacles 2021!

As you might have noticed, the 2,550 days prophecy fits precisely between the eve of Tishri 1, 2014 (Yom Teruah) and Tishri 10, 2021 (Yom Kippur).  The math is simple:  September 24, 2014 + 2,550 days = the eve of Yom Kippur 2021.  What is the significance of Yom Kippur 2021?  Keep reading!
